You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
For items that arrived damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. In these cases, we will gladly replace the item and refund your original shipping cost. We regret that all other shipping charges are non-refundable.
When returning items, please pack them securely in the original packaging, if possible. Please include your company name, and order number in the box. For your security, please return your order with an insured carrier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority). LennyMud cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

TIMING -Depending upon availability we try to ship all orders received within 5 business days from when it is placed. If we will fall outside of that time frame, or if an item will be back ordered we will let you know
We ship a variety of ways to get you your package as economically and expeditiously as possible. The majority of our wholesale orders will ship via UPS Ground. Some smaller shipments may will go via USPS Priority Mail if cost warrants.
We ship from Haddonfield NJ, zip code 08033. Items should arrive to you in 2-7 business days. The closer you are to our location, the quicker it will arrive.
COST-Our shipping prices are based on the weight and size of the box used. We have a shipping calculator in the shopping cart that can give you the exact price based on your order.
ALASKA, HAWAII, AND US TERRITORIES- Please email us at email@example.com and tell us what you would like to purchase. We will work up a custom shipping quote for you at that time.
INTERNATIONAL-As of right now we do not have a good solution for international orders. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work to see if we can find a viable option to send to you.
TRACKING- You will receive one confirmation email immediately upon receipt of your order, and a second confirmation email containing tracking information when your order is shipped.
